Neighbourhood Manager

KC Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading housing organisation for a Neighbourhood Manager, In the Thanet area. Please not a DBS check is required for this role.

This is a full-time temporary role, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week, paying £22.25 per hour.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established housing provider where you'll act as the face of the organisation across a designated patch, supporting customers to create safe, sustainable, and thriving communities. You will take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience, working closely with residents, contractors, local agencies, and internal departments to deliver outstanding neighbourhood services. 

Key Responsibilities Neighbourhood Manager:

• Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-tenure properties across the Thanet area.
• Conduct estate, property, and scheme inspections to maintain high standards.
• Support customers with tenancy management matters including tenancy changes, succession, safeguarding, and enforcement cases.
• Investigate and manage anti-social behaviour, community safety concerns, and complaints.
• Build strong relationships with customers, external agencies, and local stakeholders.
• Work closely with contractors and internal teams to resolve maintenance and compliance issues.
• Attend community meetings, customer engagement events, and multi-agency meetings where required.
• Maintain accurate records and update housing management systems. 

To be considered for the Neighbourhood Manager:

• Previous experience within housing, tenancy management, or neighbourhood management.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy processes is desirable.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and mobile technology.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use. 

Key Information Neighbourhood Manager role:

• £22.25 per hour.
