KC Group are recruiting for Survey Researchers on behalf of a leading market research and business intelligence organisation.

Full time and part time options are available (16-40 hours per week), working Monday-Friday and the role offers an hourly rate of £12.71 per hour. This is a temporary role with the view of becoming permanent.

Do you enjoy speaking with people but prefer a non-sales environment? This Telephone Research Executive position focuses on conducting professional business surveys, collecting market intelligence, and gathering customer feedback from industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities of the Survey Researcher role:

• Conducting business-to-business research projects.
• Carrying out telephone surveys with professionals and decision-makers. 
• Collecting customer feedback and market insights. 
• Following structured questionnaires.
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry.
