Shift:

Description: Fast-paced warehouse environment. Duties include loading/unloading, picking, packing, sorting, and heavy lifting. Must be dependable and able to work on your feet.Distribution Management Warehouse – Warehouse Associate

We are hiring dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join a busy distribution management warehouse. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding environment where employees will be responsible for helping with daily warehouse and distribution operations.

Job Duties:

  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.

  • Receive, move, organize, and stage products throughout the warehouse.

  • Pick and pull products according to orders.

  • Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.

  • Sort and organize inventory in designated areas.

  • Stack and move boxes, materials, and merchandise.

  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities.

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.

  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production and shipping goals.

  • Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

  • Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding orders, inventory, or warehouse needs.

  • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus, but not always required.

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.

  • Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and moving boxes or merchandise.

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have good attendance.

  • Must be able to follow instructions and work independently when needed.

  • Must be able to work well with others as part of a team.

  • Must maintain a positive and professional attitude.

  • Ability to work overtime when required based on business needs.
