Position: Electronics Line Assembly Operator
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $20.00 / Hour (Based on Experience) | Paid Weekly

Key Responsibilities & What You Will Do
Precision Line Assembly: Follow digital step-by-step work instructions to assemble electronic components on an active production line.
Tool & System Operation: Safely operate standard hand tools, light power tools, and interface with touch-screen production data systems.
Station Quality Audits: Perform visual inspections on sub-assemblies to verify quality standards and flag defects immediately.
Workstation Upkeep (5S): Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation following lean manufacturing practices.
Safety & PPE: Strictly adhere to facility safety guidelines and wear all required personal protective equipment.
Position Requirements & Qualifications
Language Skills: Conversational English fluency (reading and speaking) to follow digital screens, training guides, and safety instructions.
Technical Aptitude: High School Diploma or GED required. Basic mechanical ability or past exposure to power tools and factory software (like SAP) is a plus.
Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
Work Ethic: Strong reliability, excellent attendance, and a positive team attitude.
