- Manage the day-to-day site operations on commercial drywall, metal framing and interior systems projects.
- Lead field teams, foremen and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate labour, materials, equipment and deliveries.
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements.
- Conduct quality inspections and oversee punch list completion.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all job sites.
- Work closely with Project Managers, clients and General Contractors to maintain project progress and resolve site issues.
- Complete daily reports, schedule updates and project documentation.
