Technical Proficiency:- Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, PMWeb, or Newforma).
- Familiarity with BIM/VDC tools (Navisworks Manage, Revit, or Bluebeam Revu).
- Understanding of scheduling software (Primavera P6 or ASTA Powerproject) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications (Preferred but not required): LEED Green Associate/AP, FE/EIT certification, or OSHA 30-Hour.
