- 10+ years of leadership experience within commercial electrical construction
- Experience managing multiple projects, teams, and operational functions simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of project management, estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and labor planning
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Experience leading field operations, project teams, and operational departments
- Strong understanding of NEC requirements, OSHA regulations, and construction safety standards
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational involvement
- Experience with design-build project delivery preferred
- Experience within low voltage, security systems, or structured cabling environments is highly desirable
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
