The Role

Reporting to the Campaign and Growth Lead, you will support donor engagement, campaign delivery and administrative functions to help achieve fundraising objectives and maintain strong supporter relationships.
Your ability to manage multiple priorities will ensure donors receive a responsive and professional experience, and you will be involved with the following:

• Administration of regular giving programs, renewals, donor communications and retention initiatives
• Develop and nurture positive relationships with donors to enhance engagement via phone, email and online channels
• Maintain accurate donor and campaign records within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and high-quality database management
• Manage donation processing, receipting and banking activities in line with established financial procedures and reconciliation standards
• Assist in developing and sourcing campaign content, including supporter stories and case studies

Skills Required

You will possess strong customer service skills with a supporter and stakeholder focus, and a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional supporter and customer experience. You are both adaptable and proactive, and have the following skills:

• Experience using CRM platforms, customer databases and digital systems to manage information and supporter interactions
• Proven data entry and data segmentation capabilities, especially with sensitive financial information
• Experience in fundraising, customer service, office administration or a similar support-focused role
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a commitment to data accuracy, privacy compliance and best practice record management
• Desirable to have proficiency using Salesforce
