Individual Giving Executive - 6 Month Contract

The Role

Reporting to and supported by the recently appointed Head of Fundraising & Marketing, this is a hands-on contract role focused on delivering individual giving campaigns, that engages a committed base of donors.

You will work across the full campaign cycle, supporting one-off and regular giving, emergency appeals and major seasonal campaigns. With the end of year and Ramadan among the upcoming campaigns, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the organisation's most important fundraising campaigns. You will:

• Support the end-to-end delivery of individual giving campaigns
• Develop and coordinate donor communications, appeals and fundraising content
• Support emergency and seasonal fundraising appeals
• Contribute to campaign planning, workflows, timelines, donor segmentation and targeting
• Monitor campaign performance, revenue and donor engagement
• Work closely with creative, digital and data teams across multi-channel campaigns

Skills Required

You will bring experience in individual giving, fundraising, direct marketing or campaign delivery, ideally within the not-for-profit, charity or international development sector, and be able to demonstrate:

• Experience delivering campaigns, with an individual giving focus
• Understanding of donor journeys, segmentation and fundraising communications
• Experience with one-off donations and/or regular giving programs
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• An understanding of data, reporting and campaign performance
• Ability to work collaboratively across creative, digital, data and fundraising teams
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
