About the Role
As a Psychologist, you will provide confidential, short-term psychological support and evidence-based interventions to a diverse range of individuals experiencing personal, workplace, and organisational challenges.
You'll support clients with:
  • Stress and burnout
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Workplace conflict and change
  • Trauma and critical incidents
  • Resilience and wellbeing
  • Leadership development and coaching
  • Life transitions and personal challenges
Working within a brief intervention framework, you'll empower clients to achieve meaningful outcomes while contributing to broader organisational wellbeing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions
  • Support individuals and teams navigating workplace and personal challenges
  • Promote mental wellbeing, resilience, and psychological safety
  • Participate in innovative wellbeing programmes and preventative mental health initiatives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to achieve outstanding client outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and professional clinical records

What We're Looking For
  • Current registration with the New Zealand Psychologists Board
  • Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
  • Membership with a recognised professional body is highly regarded
  • Post-registration experience preferred
  • Experience in counselling, mental health, workplace wellbeing, employee support services, or clinical practice
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent clinical judgement and professional integrity
  • Passion for helping people thrive both personally and professionally
