- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle (from needs analysis to employment contract)
- Create and publish engaging job ads across various channels
- Proactively source candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, direct approach, etc.)
- Conduct HR interviews and ensure high-quality candidate assessment
- Partner closely with multinational hiring managers, and clients to understand their needs
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies
- Track recruitment KPIs and suggest continuous improvements
- Ensure successful onboarding
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (HR, Business School or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition / pure recruitment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong expertise in sourcing and candidate assessment
- Ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and results-driven mindset
