Job Summary: The Country Director who will lead the business from zero-to-one full leadership role. Build the presence in Thailand, develop the initial team, build local customer and carrier relationships, and working closely with Senior leaders in their existing international offices.

Job Summary: The Country Director who will lead the business from zero-to-one full leadership role. Build the presence in Thailand, develop the initial team, build local customer and carrier relationships, and working closely with Senior leaders in their existing international offices.
Job Responsibilities
- Managed the full P&L and Business operations in Thailand
- Key responsibilities would include business development and revenue growth
- Establishing relationships and agreements with ocean carriers, airlines and logistics providers
- recruiting and managing the initial Bangkok team
- overseeing freight-forwarding operations and customer service
- developing Thailand–USA trade as an initial priority while pursuing other international trade opportunities; and representing the Thailand company locally.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- At least 10 years of business and commercial experience in the Freight forwarding, shipping or logistics industry.
- 5 years of senior leadership with the maturity, integrity and management experience.
- Knowledge in freight operations, customs and logistic compliance
- Thai speaking national with Good English communication skills
