Manufacturing Case Prep

Job Title: Case Prep
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Location: 43rd Avenue & Camelback (Phoenix, AZ)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable Case Prep Associates to prepare transmission cases and components for the refurbishing and manufacturing process. This is an entry-level position; no previous experience is required. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical work and working around grease, oil, dirt, and automotive parts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare transmission cases and components for rebuilding
• Remove grease, oil, dirt, and debris from used transmission parts
• Inspect and sort parts before the refurbishing process
• Load and unload parts from cleaning equipment
• Use basic hand tools and shop equipment as trained
• Move and stage materials throughout the production area
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Perform other general manufacturing duties as needed

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided
• Comfortable getting dirty and working with greasy automotive components
• Able to perform repetitive manual labor and stand for extended periods
• Able to lift and move parts safely
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
