We're looking for a dependable Production Associate to support light manufacturing and assembly operations. You'll help assemble, package, and prepare products while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble components, cap and repack bottles, and build product kits.

• Work independently or as part of an assembly line to meet production goals.

• Record daily production accurately using basic computer/ERP systems.

• Report defective parts or equipment issues to supervisors.

• Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe.

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

• Communicate with team members to maintain speed and accuracy.

• Support production and customer service goals.

• Perform other duties as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on work.

• Strong commitment to safe work practices.
