About the Role
You will initially take ownership of the NSW territory, managing existing client relationships while actively developing new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s freight and beverage logistics solutions, positioning them confidently in the market
- Proactively identify and approach prospective clients through direct outreach, referrals and collaboration with internal marketing initiatives
- Represent the business at industry events and networking forums to build visibility and generate new opportunities
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to drive retention and long-term partnership growth
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional services or value-added solutions aligned to client needs
- Prepare tailored commercial proposals and agreements designed to maximise revenue opportunities
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiate pricing and service terms
- Work closely with internal teams, sharing market insights and supporting capability uplift where required
- Gather and analyse client feedback, ensuring service improvements and adjustments are implemented where necessary
- Stay informed on market activity, customer trends and competitor movements to maintain a competitive edge
- Has experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain
- Understands freight documentation, shipments and client processes
- Enjoys building relationships and wants to step into a revenue-focused role
- Is commercially curious and motivated by career progression
