Our client, a reputable and growing organisation within the manufacturing and distribution sector, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Individual to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some customer service or administration experience who is eager to learn and develop within a sales support environment. 

Working closely with the sales, operations and warehouse teams, you will play a key role in supporting customer enquiries, preparing quotes and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing general customer service via phone and email
  • Preparing and entering quotes for both standard and made-to-order items
  • Converting quotes into confirmed customer orders
  • Assisting with incoming sales enquiries and providing product information
  • Supporting the State Manager and Account Managers with quotes, custom orders and customer enquiries
  • Liaising with operations and warehouse teams to ensure orders are dispatched on time and in full
Ideally, you will bring:
  • Proven experience in customer service or administration 
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
