The Company
Our client is one of Australia and New Zealand's largest and most respected manufacturers, employing thousands across an extensive network of sites. With a portfolio of iconic household brands, the business plays a critical role in everyday life across Australia!
Backed by a large global parent company, the organisation is entering an exciting phase of transformation, focused on uplifting leadership capability, embedding high performance, and driving sustainable growth.
The Leaders
You'll report into a highly regarded People and Culture Manager who brings a pragmatic, supportive leadership style. Alongside a collaborative and capable P&C team, you'll be part of a broader function that is invested in developing its people and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
Development is a big part of this opportunity. Your manager will work closely with you day-to-day, and you'll also be buddied with an experienced P&C Business Partner, giving you a strong platform to learn from as you build your advisory capability.
The Opportunity
This role has been designed for someone with strong P&C foundations who has the attitude, initiative and ambition to take the next step and support senior P&C leaders.
You'll become a visible P&C presence across onsite, building relationships with leaders and employees and getting involved in the day-to-day people activities.
You will take ownership of:
We're keeping an open mind on background. You might already be a P&C Advisor, or you could be a HR Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator or P&C professional ready to broaden your experience and take the next step.
What matters most is how you operate. You're proactive, accountable and comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do. You have a strong work ethic, communicate well and take pride in following things through. You're also motivated to build a career in P&C and keen to learn from experienced people around you.
You'll enjoy being visible in the business (mostly onsite role), getting out onto the floor and building relationships with people at all levels. Exposure to hospitality, healthcare, aged care, construction, manufacturing or other operational environments could translate well.
The Process
The process will include an initial meeting with a Levyl consultant, followed by a two-stage interview process with the client. Reference checks will be completed prior to offer.
Please apply today or contact Harry Hobson at harry@levyl.com.au for a confidential discussion.
Levyl encourage diverse, equitable and inclusive recruitment and commit to respond to every applicant. We make selection and shortlist decisions based on your skills, experience, personal attributes and motivators.
