The Leaders
You'll join an experienced and collaborative Talent Acquisition team supporting experienced hiring across multiple business functions. Working alongside highly regarded recruiters and business leaders, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while partnering with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment. The team encourages initiative, values new ideas and actively invests in developing its people.
The Opportunity
This permanent opportunity exists to own recruitment coordination across experienced hiring, ensuring every candidate receives a seamless, professional and engaging experience from first interview through to offer acceptance.
Responsibilities include:
Ideally, you will bring experience in recruitment administration, coordination or talent acquisition support. We are also open to HR Administrators or Coordinators interested in recruitment coordination. You will be exceptionally organised, comfortable working at pace and committed to delivering a seamless experience for every stakeholder you support.
You communicate confidently with senior professionals, remain calm under pressure and enjoy solving problems before they become issues. You're naturally curious about technology, excited by opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI, and motivated by working alongside ambitious, high-performing colleagues. Previous experience supporting recruitment or using an ATS will be well regarded.
The Process
Following an initial conversation and meeting with a member of the Levyl team, shortlisted candidates will participate in a multi-stage interview process with members of the Talent Acquisition team.

- Managing high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups
- Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinating phone screens, technical interviews, assessments, onsite interviews and debrief meetings
- Preparing offers and managing offer documentation through to acceptance
- Building strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and senior business stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment operations, workflows and candidate experience
- Exploring and implementing AI tools and automation to improve coordination efficiency and team processes
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data and supporting ongoing reporting and operational excellence
Ideally, you will bring experience in recruitment administration, coordination or talent acquisition support.
