As the company continues to evolve, they're looking for a Human Resources Generalist who can help elevate their people practices, support leaders and ensure the foundations are in place for continued growth.

So, what's the role?
This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely broad HR role where you'll have the chance to make your mark.
Reporting to the CEO (with a dotted line to the Group Financial Controller), you'll be responsible for all things HR across the Foil Drive Group while also managing the fortnightly payroll process for approximately 30 employees. You'll oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance and HR systems, while partnering with leaders to lift capability, introduce best practice and continue building a positive, high-performing culture.
The business already has great people and a strong culture. They're now looking for someone who can bring more structure, consistency and alignment as they continue to grow globally.

You'll probably come from a small to medium-sized business where you've enjoyed wearing multiple hats rather than working in a highly specialised HR function.
You're practical, approachable and confident building relationships with managers at all levels. You enjoy helping leaders navigate people matters, introducing better processes and creating structure without making things complicated. You're equally happy rolling up your sleeves to process payroll as you are coaching a manager through a difficult conversation.
Previous payroll experience will be highly regarded, however it's certainly not essential. If you've had exposure to payroll and are comfortable learning the technical side, we'd still love to hear from you.

- Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across the business
- Coaching managers through employee relations, performance conversations and people challenges
- Reviewing HR policies, contracts and processes to ensure best practice
- Processing the fortnightly Australian payroll and overseeing payroll coordination across the US and Europe
- Working with leaders to improve consistency, capability and performance management
- Maintaining Employment Hero and HR records while ensuring compliance with employment legislation
- Supporting contractor management and onboarding across multiple jurisdictions
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR systems, processes and the overall employee experience

- Experience using Employment Hero (highly regarded)
- The confidence to coach managers and help lift leadership capability
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A continuous improvement mindset with a genuine desire to build better HR practices
- Experience working within a growing SME environment (highly regarded)
