We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor and Electrical Engineer to join a major project on a Rio Tinto site in the Pilbara. These are short-term FIFO opportunities with immediate starts available for the right candidates.

Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews onsite
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to schedule
• Lead pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and daily planning activities
• Monitor quality and compliance with project specifications
• Liaise with project management and client representatives
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture

Requirements

• WA Electrical Licence
• Previous experience supervising electrical teams within mining, construction, or heavy industrial environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Rio Tinto experience highly regarded
• Section 26 appointment desirable
• Current Driver's Licence
• Ability to mobilise immediately

Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to construction and commissioning teams
• Review electrical designs, drawings, and technical documentation
• Support project delivery, planning, and execution
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and site requirements
• Liaise with key project stakeholders and client representatives

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in mining, resources, construction, or heavy industrial projects
• Strong understanding of LV/HV electrical systems
• Previous FIFO experience preferred
• Rio Tinto site experience highly regarded
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Available for immediate mobilisation
