The opportunity

As the Social Media and Investor Relations Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day digital content, coordinate client communications and reporting, and help maintain a professional and consistent presence across multiple platforms.

You will be someone who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and understands that, within investor relations, every detail matters. You will balance creative thinking with the professionalism, accuracy and compliance awareness required when communicating market-sensitive information.

Key responsibilities

Social media and content creation

• Plan, create and publish daily and weekly social media content

• Promote client announcements, market updates, industry news and events

• Create professional, on-brand graphics and video content using Canva

• Support the development and launch of newsletters, including creative assets and email distribution

• Upload and promote the weekly podcast across relevant digital channels

• Establish and optimise new social media accounts when required

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client biographies and online profiles

• Strengthen brand consistency across company and client digital platforms

• Schedule and manage content using Hootsuite

Email marketing and website coordination

• Design, build and distribute email campaigns and client announcements through Mailchimp

• Complete daily and weekly website updates

• Ensure online information remains accurate, relevant and current

• Coordinate webinar advertising and promotional campaigns

• Track webinar registrations and manage supporting marketing materials

• Coordinate digital advertising and content for industry conferences and events

Reporting, monitoring and operational support

• Compile, manage and distribute accurate internal and client reports within required timeframes

• Conduct daily media monitoring across industry news, client coverage and market developments

• Liaise with photographers, designers and other external suppliers

• Support cross-marketing initiatives across different areas of the business

• Provide on-site social media and content support at industry conferences

• Assist with other marketing and investor relations activities as required

What you will bring

• Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, communications or a related coordination role

• Confidence using Hootsuite or similar social media management platforms

• Strong Canva skills, including the ability to create polished graphics and video content

• Experience using Mailchimp or a comparable email marketing platform

• Hands-on experience updating websites through a content management system

• An understanding of investor relations principles

• An interest in, or foundational knowledge of, the mining and commodities sector

• Exceptional written communication and proofreading skills

• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, error-free work

• The ability to manage competing deadlines without compromising quality

• Professional and responsive customer and client service skills

• A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach

• The ability to work collaboratively within a small, close-knit team

• Availability to travel occasionally for industry conferences and events
