TCB Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Night Shift Electrical Supervisors and SMP Supervisors to support a range of upcoming projects across Western Australia.

We are looking for experienced supervisors who are confident leading site teams on night shift, managing construction activities and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.
With multiple projects and ongoing client requirements, these opportunities may suit supervisors looking for short-term, long-term or project-to-project work.

The Opportunities

We are currently seeking:

Electrical Supervisors - Night Shift

• S26-qualified Electrical Supervisors
• Current WA Electrical Licence
• Strong electrical construction experience
• Experience supervising electrical crews and subcontractors
• Previous mining, resources, infrastructure or major construction experience highly regarded
   

SMP Supervisors

• S26-qualified SMP Supervisors
• Strong structural, mechanical and piping construction experience
• Experience supervising crews and subcontractors
• Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts
• Mining, resources, processing plant or major construction experience highly regarded

About the Role
As a Supervisor you will be responsible for providing effective site supervision and leadership to ensure project activities are completed safely, efficiently and to schedule.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervise and coordinate  crew activities
• Lead electrical or SMP crews and subcontractors
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Monitor daily progress and productivity
• Coordinate resources, labour, materials and equipment
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements
• Identify and manage site issues and escalate where required
• Coordinate with day shift, project management and other disciplines
• Monitor permits, isolations and work fronts where applicable
• Complete shift reports, progress updates and handovers
• Promote a strong safety culture across the workforce
• Ensure all works are completed in accordance with client and project standards

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you will have:

• Current S26 qualification
• Relevant trade qualification
• Demonstrated experience in a Supervisor role
• Previous experience working on major construction, mining, resources or infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to lead and motivate site teams
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously on night shift
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Current Australian work rights

Electrical Supervisors must hold a current WA Electrical Licence.
Previous experience with Rio Tinto, BHP, FMG, Roy Hill, Mineral Resources or other major mining clients will be highly regarded.
