What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of commercial construction experience, with significant experience in preconstruction.
- Previous experience with a general contractor is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing preconstruction activities on projects ranging from $25M to $90M+.
- Experience across sectors such as education, commercial, retail, industrial, or similar.
- Strong understanding of estimating, construction means and methods, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor markets.
- Ability to effectively review and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and civil drawings.
