Jayce Grayye Consulting is hiring a Product Videographer / Photographer for one of our clients that is a leading provider for turnkey, ready-to-go online stores/businesses! They specialize in building, managing & scaling Ecommerce companies and are constantly staying up to date with the latest trends in marketing & technology. 

Their entrepreneurial founders started Ecommerce marketing back in 2007. Since then they have several 6 & 7 figure brands & built a dynamic media buying team that works exclusively with their qualified clients to ensure their stores succeed. With their agency’s full-service package, the client can focus on their daily tasks while they handle all the back end.

Our client is fully equipped to take care of other brands' advertising work, creative work, and website optimization which is needed when it comes to making money and managing any Ecommerce store from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok, influencers and more. Offering a variety of services has helped their company grow significantly over the last few years and become featured in major publications like Forbes & USA Today. 

Structure & Compensation

• Full Time Position between 30-40 hours a week depending on tasks
• Office Based Brickell Miami: Infinity Building. 40 SW 13th St. St PH3. Miami FL 33131
• $3,000 USD Starting Monthly Salary
• W2 Position

The Product Videographer / Photographer work with the media buying team to visualize the creation of captivating video ads for products to be sold via online stores. The role is essentially content specialist in creating enticing creatives at the highest quality and fastest turnarounds. As a result, you need strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills. You must be prepared for a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable making decisions without direct supervision. You are committed to providing high-quality service above all else.

Essential Functions

• Knowledge of both photography and videography.
• Ability to edit product videos/photos using their choice of software. Final cut, Premiere, Adobe Suite, and After Effects preferred.
• Ability to go from concept, to shoot, to edit, and produce a final, well-polished product video within given timelines.
• Adding computer graphics, transitional material and special effects to create a professional video product, and records footage for both staged and unscripted scenes.
• Knowledge of correct lighting using various softboxes and spotlights.
• Experience handling multiple projects and performing a wide variety of tasks under deadline pressures, without losing attention to detail.
• Editing and optimizing videos for Facebook, Instagram (IG TV/Reels), TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and web use.
• After Effects/motion graphics experience is a plus, but not required.
• Most important is a positive attitude - you see errors and system failure as an opportunity, not a burden.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.
• Self-starter -- you are comfortable working remotely at times, managing projects and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
• Driven, competitive and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
• At least a basic knowledge of e-commerce and digital advertising fundamentals, with a keen interest in learning more
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules
• Proven project management skills with an emphasis on quality control
• Coachable --- you are willing to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
• Team player --- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed and delegate tasks
