Our client, a vertically integrated national horticultural business, is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and improve strategic outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
As National Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role, leading and embedding a culture of continuous improvement, while managing complex, cross-functional projects of national significance.
You will have the ability to engage the team around change, rather than dictate. You will coach, guide and lead cross-functional teams to deliver safer operations, improved quality, stronger responsiveness and sustainable productivity gains.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires regular intra/inter-state travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development & implementation of a national continuous improvement framework
- Plan, lead & deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Provide clear, evidence-based advice and recommendations to executives & governance forums
- Develop performance metrics, dashboards & reporting to track progress and benefits
This role requires regular intra/inter-state travel.

About You
- Significant experience in continuous improvement and project management roles
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, management, engineering, project management, or a related discipline
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Agile, or similar
- Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP)
- Experience in large service-based organisations
- A values-led leader, ready to work with the team, boots on the ground
