The Opportunity
The Precision Ag Technical Specialist will troubleshoot, train, and contribute to product development.
What You’ll Do
- Remotely provide technical support and advice to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues (hardware & software)
- Facilitate integration of new control systems
- Contribute to R&D and product improvement
What You Bring
- Experience with electronic control systems for mechanical applications
- Exposure to precision ag platforms or irrigation automation systems (e.g. John Deere, Trimble, Topcon, Raven, IRRInet)
- Knowledge of 12V electrical systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
