Quality Supervisor - Japan

Main Job Responsibilities:

1. Management plant quality department including staff recruitment, Training, Work allocations and target setting or monitoring to ensure the best results.
2. .Responsible for handling customer complaints (0 km and on-site returns), coordinate internal departments to take corrective / preventive measures, and quick respond to customer concerns. 
3.Response and maintenance IATF16949/ISO 14001 certificate. Organize customer audit preparation and follow up the corrective and preventive actions to ensure the effectiveness of the system.
4.Manage the quality of supplier's injection parts, including incoming inspection.8D report and supplier audit if necessary.
5.Daily response for plant QRQC problem solve approach system to take fast corrective action when necessary to minimize defects and potential failures;
6.Plant nonconformities material handle for customer complaints and failures in processes;
7.Support plant KPI target setting and organize monthly KPI meeting (QOS) with cross function team to conduct continuous improvement; 
8. Participate and validation of new project by arranging measurement and test assistance during sampling stage and communicate with customers;
9.Series production quality control include process quality moritoning, quality data collection/statistics/analysis ,block and release manufacturing related defect parts also for warehouse defect parts management.,Support quality planning for quality control during development phase and documents transfer, internal process and product audit.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree above (an engineering). At least 5 year in quality control and 7 years in automotive field.                                                                    
2. Be familiar with injection process and quality control.
3. Communication with foreigners is no obstacle in simply English. 
4. Sigma knowledge as plus. 
5. Team spirit and good cooproation with internal and external teams
6.. Willingness to travel internationally

Skill/ Qualification Requirements:

1. Be familiar with Quality tools, APQP, PPAP/ ISIR, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, Control Plan, GM BIQs and HMG Quality 5 Starts
2. TS16949 or IATF16949 Internal Auditor.
3.Good communication internal and external.
4. Chinese skill (Plus)
