Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationship that provide insight and a landscape where the company has a competitive advantage

  • Proactively seek business opportunities by engaging Japanese OEMs’ and Japanese Tier Ones’ engineering in the early development stage, thereby establishing the company as the preeminent solutions provider.

  • Identify customer pain points and create the company value

  • Define technical and other requirements to obtain business

  • Enlighten the company way/culture and drive customers with deep product design/manufacturing/testing knowledge

  • Support the company innovation strategies to identify opportunities

  • Demonstrate personal effectiveness and leadership that creates a culture of high performance

  • Create necessary reports upon requests

  • Manage program launches along with internal/external milestones

Requirements

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in business or/and engineering, or equivalent

  • Automotive technical sales and/or engineering experience of 5 years or more

  • Ability and experience to identify potential future products and trends

  • Proven ability to manage complexity and change

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with experience in communicating and working with remote regions

  • English capability under multinational working environment

  • Working experience at foreign based companies

  • Flexible working time to communicate with stakeholders in different time zone

  • Self-starter and Result-oriented personality

  • Willing to travel

  • Progressive press design experience is a plus.

  • Metal or plastics technical sales or/and engineering experience is a plus

  • CATIA V5 or equivalent design software capable is a plus, but not required
