Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Partner role:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from client brief through to successful placement
- Developing new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships within your specialist market
- Growing and maintaining a strong network of candidates, becoming a trusted career partner
- Delivering consultative, high-quality recruitment solutions
- Leveraging KC Group's respected brand, established client base and national framework agreements
- Building a sustainable, relationship-led desk driven by repeat and retained business
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members as the business grows
- Creating and executing effective business development strategies
- Previous recruitment agency experience
- A proven track record of billing and/or business development success
- A consultative, relationship-focused approach with the ability to build trust and credibility
- Commercial awareness, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed
