Position Summary:

The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for  the entire molding operation during assigned shift hours, ensuring safety, quality, production efficiency, and compliance with company standards and procedures.

• Supervise all molding operations during the assigned shift, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and 5S standards while meeting daily production goals.

• Oversee plant start-up and shutdown procedures, including monitoring facility systems such as lighting, water, and compressed air.

• Communicate shift activities, production updates, and operational concerns with the Molding Manager and leadership team.

• Ensure all required production documentation, shift reports, and operational paperwork are completed accurately and on time.

• Enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure team members follow established processes.

• Lead daily shift meetings to review safety, production goals, quality expectations, and operational updates.

• Coordinate production priorities to align with the established molding schedule and customer demand.

• Train, mentor, and cross-train team members to support operational efficiency and workforce flexibility.

• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and identify acceptable versus non-conforming parts.

• Enter, track, and interpret production data using department systems to support reporting and decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and environmental regulations.

• Maintain and promote 5S standards by keeping work areas organized, clean, and efficient while coaching team members on best practices.

• Ensure proper containment procedures are followed for suspect or non-conforming products.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring equipment and work areas are properly maintained at the end of each shift.

• Monitor employee performance, provide guidance, and ensure all assigned duties and production expectations are met.
   

Payrate:

$25.00/hr

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday
11:30PM – 8AM
