Siteforce Recruitment is seeking an experienced Production Carpenter to join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality prefabricated building components. This is a fantastic opportunity for a carpenter who enjoys working in a workshop environment with consistent hours and long-term employment.

The Role

Working in a production workshop, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manufacturing prefabricated wall frames, roof trusses and building components
  • Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
  • Measuring, cutting and assembling timber products accurately
  • Operating hand and power tools safely
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
  • Working as part of a collaborative production team to meet daily targets

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Qualified Carpenter (Cert III in Carpentry or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or framing environment (highly regarded)
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • White Card (preferred)
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
