Commercial Electrician – Rough In

Siteforce Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Commercial Electricians to join a reputable electrical contractor based in Jimboomba. This role is focused on commercial rough-in work across new commercial construction projects throughout Brisbane, Logan and surrounding areas.

About the Role

Working on a variety of commercial construction projects, your responsibilities will include:

• Commercial rough-in installations
• Installing conduit, cable tray and cable support systems
• Pulling and running electrical cables
• Setting out electrical services from plans
• Installing wall boxes and mounting brackets
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings
• Working closely with supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised worksite
• Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and company safety procedures

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Current Queensland Electrical Licence
• Current White Card
• Current CPR/LVR Certification (Mandatory)
• Current Driver's Licence
• Proven experience completing commercial rough-in work
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices
• Own hand tools
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• First Aid Certificate
• High Risk Work Licence
• Experience on large-scale commercial construction projects
