Location: Camelback Rd & 43rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ
Shift: 1st Shift — 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Urgent Need — Bilingual Preferred

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cell Assembly Associate to support production and assembly operations. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically or technically inclined, comfortable working with their hands, and able to follow detailed work instructions provided through a computer system.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to established work instructions
• Follow step-by-step computer-based assembly instructions
• Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment as required
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for accuracy and quality
• Identify and report damaged, defective, or incorrect components
• Complete assembly tasks while meeting production and quality standards
• Accurately document completed work as required
• Maintain an organized and clean workstation
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Work closely with production leads and team members to meet daily goals

Requirements

• Technical or mechanical aptitude strongly preferred
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable using a computer to view and follow work instructions
• Ability to follow detailed written and visual instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable performing repetitive hands-on assembly work
• Reliable attendance and stable work history
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required

Preferred Qualities

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools
• Previous electronic, mechanical, or component assembly experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Consistent attendance and reliability
• Ability to learn new processes and computer systems quickly
