Qualifications

 

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including experience in setting targets, driving revenue growth, and managing complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Proven Account Management capabilities, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with industrial and manufacturing customers.
  • Demonstrated Team Management experience, including leading, mentoring, and developing diverse sales and marketing teams.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market data, financial metrics, and customer insights, and to translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in industrial products, logistics solutions, or supply chain services; prior exposure to C-parts, MRO, or manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; native Japanese proficiency is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborate across cultures and functions, and travel to customer
