About the role You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented site across offices and shared facilities.

Key duties
  • General cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and dusting
  • Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas
  • Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
  • Replenishing consumables (soap, toilet paper, paper towels)
  • Maintaining cleanliness of floors, glass, furniture, and surfaces
  • Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and as instructed
  • Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to management
  • Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
  • Completing tasks within scheduled timeframes
  • Locking and securing the premises where required
  • Delivering consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Working independently and/or as part of a team to meet site requirements
Skills & experience (required)
  • NV1 Clearance (desired)
  • Minimum 1 year cleaning experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to meet performance expectations, including KPI achievement
