Position Overview

Nesco Resource is currently seeking Packers for a busy and growing manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare products for shipment according to company specifications
• Inspect products for quality and ensure items are properly packaged
• Label, count, and organize finished products
• Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately complete production and packaging paperwork
• Move materials and finished products as needed
• Meet daily production and quality standards
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous packing, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to [XX] lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must be able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Basic reading and communication skills
