Our client, an Italian luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team in Vail, CO. This is a full-time, temporary position starting ASAP, with the potential to convert to permanent based on business needs and performance. Candidates should be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:
- Deliver an exceptional client experience and build lasting relationships
- Achieve individual sales goals and support team KPIs
- Maintain product knowledge and represent the brand professionally
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and daily boutique operations
- Support a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
- 2+ years of retail, luxury retail, or hospitality experience
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Professional, polished, and team-oriented
- Full-time availability, including weekends
- Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
