Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for one of our clients! They are a full-service Shopify Agency working with direct to consumer goods in a variety of niches. Their services consist of: Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Sales Funnel Development and Landing Page Creation, Email Marketing, Content Creation, Influencer Marketing and more!
The company is 100% performance based, meaning they don't charge upfront to their clients. Their process consists of creating conversion drives landing pages for each one of their client’s products that they send traffic to. They create these pages, as well as the ads for their clients on Facebook, Instagram, and Google all upfront for no cost. This also puts them on the same team. Both parties are only being compensated on the revenue produced, not on the "Brand Awareness".
They are looking for new team members for their Paid Media team. With all of their clients, they arrange a revenue share which allows for big commissions for experienced Media Buyers. Their team culture is very chill and laid back. They consider themselves family and are excited to expand! Commissions distributed once a month for all sales attributed to paid media efforts, of course on top of a base pay.
Structure & Compensation
- Full Time Position + Fully Remote
- High Growth Start-Up & Upward Mobility!
- Office based downtown Miami if prefer to work there
- Working Hours Between 9 to 5 Est
- W -2 Position
- $4000 USD monthly base (Depends on Experience) + 4% of the total gross revenue contributed
- On target Earnings in the First 6 Months- $7000 + USD a Month
- On target Earnings 6 Months + -$9000 + USD a Month
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, manage, and continuously optimize metrics-driven marketing campaigns across online channels, including paid social media and digital ads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategic marketers, and creative colleagues to drive data-driven channel strategies that align with stakeholder goals and drive business impact.
- Optimize landing pages and emails through A/B testing to drive conversion and leads
- Contribute to the development of customer personas, targeting and segmentation, client journeys, pain points, trends, research and other data to create impactful and unique campaigns.
- Continually innovate methods to reach our desired target audience with compelling offers and tactics.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- 2+ Years digital marketing experience
- Experience with Shopify and Paid Media is required
- Have proven results-driven track record with Facebook, Google ads (preferred)
- Is always looking to innovate & reliable
- Provide help with the strategic direction
- Be a great team player and enjoy a good challenge
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understand Google Ads, Analytics (and Ads Manager/Business Manager) in and outs.
- Constantly keeps themselves on top of the latest changes and updates with Google and Facebook
- Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Optimize, Google Analytics, Snapchat ads, Pinterest ads, Tik Tok ads or Klaviyo is a plus.
