- Strong knowledge of commercial interiors and relevant construction processes.
- The ability to manage multiple live projects independently.

- Strong IT skills and confidence using relevant commercial/construction software.
- The flexibility to work between London sites and the company’s Hertfordshire office.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach.
- AI experience would be advantageous, particularly where it can be used to improve efficiency and reporting.
This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced Drylining / Interiors QS to take ownership of a varied project portfolio and work closely with senior management within an established specialist contractor.
