- 5+ years' estimating experience within commercial drywall, metal framing, ceilings or interior construction.
- Proven experience pricing commercial projects from preconstruction through bid submission.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and bid documentation.
- Proficiency with estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, Bluebeam, Procore or similar platforms.
- Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders while meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
