 Quality Assurance Administrator | Commercial Construction | Marsden Park
An established electrical contractor is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to join their team, supporting the delivery of a major commercial new-build project based in Marsden Park.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in quality administration, document control, construction administration or project administration who is looking to develop their career within a quality-focused construction environment.

About the Role Working closely with the project and HSEQ teams, you will provide administrative support across the project's Quality Assurance systems and documentation.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Manage and maintain project QA systems, registers and documentation
  • Coordinate ITPs, inspections, testing records and quality documentation
  • Monitor documentation for compliance with project requirements and quality standards
  • Coordinate QA requirements across project teams, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Track and support the close-out of defects, NCRs and outstanding quality items
  • Maintain accurate project records and support audit and compliance requirements
  • Provide QA reporting and administrative support to the Project and HSEQ teams
Ideally, you will have:
  • Experience in quality assurance, quality administration, document control or project administration
  • Understanding of ITPs, inspections, testing, checklists, registers and QA documentation
  • Strong document management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident liaising with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ability to identify documentation gaps and follow issues through to close-out
  • Strong Microsoft Office and document management system skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines
