Site Manager

Design & Build Recruitment is working with a tried and tested head contractor with a terrific brand amongst the industry. Our client has an exceptional financial position, and existing subcontractor relationships. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, safety, quality, & subcontractors
• Develop and implement construction schedules
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality
• Foster a positive, high performing, & collaborative working environment
• Keep on top of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project compliance

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in Brisbane.
• Delivered projects $50M to $100M.
• Excellent leadership.
• QBCC supervisor's licence
• First Aid & CPR
