In this vital role, you will be the operational heartbeat of their Austin, TX hub, ensuring that the physical workspace runs smoothly, efficiently, and welcomingly. Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in facilities coordination, corporate operations, or hospitality services in a corporate setting
• Proven ability to manage external vendor services such as janitorial, facilities, and catering
• Strong analytical skills to assess operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, workplace ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow), and event coordination tools
• Experience with employing AI tools and automation solutions to enhance operational workflows
• Ability to monitor and report on workspace metrics, including ticket resolution times and space utilization

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and local compliance standards
• Prior experience coordinating large-scale onsite events and executive visits

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in facilities or corporate operations roles, ideally in fast-paced or tech environments

• This position is based onsite in Austin, TX, with an immediate start.
• Must be able to work effectively in person; remote work not available for this role.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with external vendors and internal teams seamlessly.
• Willingness to support emergency drills, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
