What You'll Be Doing
- Pouring and finishing concrete
- Learning cool new skills like plastic welding and fit-outs
- Using hand tools to bring marine magic to life
- Keeping things safe, clean, and high-quality
- Concreting experience
- Handy with tools and not afraid of a little elbow grease
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
- Safety-first mindset with a dash of perfectionism
- Manual driver's licence
- Construction white card
- Fabrication experience
- At least 1 year in a similar role
- Big, clean, well-ventilated factory (no sunburns here!)
- Standard hours = predictable life

- Training opportunities after 12 months
