We are currently recruiting multiple engineers and project managers to expand our body electronics division!
This division is divided into three areas: "iPDM (Intelligent Power Distribution Module)", "SCA (Smart Car Access)", and "Lighting Electronics".
For this position, we are recruiting one software engineer for each team: "iPDM" and "SCA".

Overview:
Project planning, coordinating, adapting and optimizing for software modules within the framework of product development.

Responsibilities:
A :Developing the software

1. Analyzing customer requirements; drawing up the software performance specification; analyzing and carrying out modifications in the software performance specification; coordination of the modifications with the customer, in consultation with the superior and the development engineer responsible

2. Drafting and drawing up the software architecture in accordance with general -including existing in-house and outside systems as well as existing
software- and hardware interfaces; drawing up the software concept

3. Analyzing the software architecture and drawing up and documenting the software design in accordance with existing guidelines -taking into account existing processes and methods

4. Coding in accordance with existing guidelines -taking into account existing processes and methods

5. Drawing up software test specifications; carrying out, recording and assessing all necessary tests in accordance with existing guidelines-taking into account existing

6. processes and methods; drawing up test regulations for production equipment

7. Setting up, looking after and archiving program libraries ? using existing systems in accordance with existing guidelines; assisting employees in the handling of the tools

8. Carrying out tasks within the framework of the configuration management ? taking into account existing guidelines; assisting employees in the handling of the tools

9. Carrying out stipulated reviews over the entire software development process, in accordance with existing guidelines

B :Developing, coordinating, adapting and optimizing hardware modules

1. Drawing up the software performance specification, analyzing and carrying out changes in the product performance specification

2. Defining, planning, and monitoring software development tasks within a software subproject using specified systems and methods in consultation with the superior and the development engineer responsible

3. Developing software modules taking existing development standards and into account; securing ongoing agreements with those involved in order to guarantee the capability of modules to be integrated in an overall system

4. Controlling modules and monitoring modifications over the entire software development process -using existing systems in accordance with existing guidelines; ensuring the integration of the modifications in the overall system

5. Analyzing, adapting, and optimizing existing software according to technical, economic, legal or customer-specific requirements

6. Indicating faults and conspicuous features; taking corrective action, if necessary, in consultation with the areas responsible

7. Developing, working out and simulating electronic circuits in agreement with those responsible; preparation of circuit diagrams.

8. Drafting and preparing the system and software architecture according to generally valid guidelines taking the available in-house and external systems and existing hardware interfaces into account

9. Arranging or preparing the necessary test specifications; arrang testsing with the respective people; involvement in the preparation of test specifications for new
products

10. Carrying out defined reviews for software/hardware development over the whole software/hardware development process as well as their release according to existing guidelines

11. Involvement in the processing of customer complaints about series devices and manufacturing difficulties in agreement with those responsible, such as Quality
Assurance, assembly, laboratory etc.

12. Involvement in checking trademark rights/violation of such for own and external work, if necessary, involving the patent department in agreement with superior posts

13. Arranging for or preparing documentation (inc. bills of material, circuit diagrams, simulations, FMEAs)
