完成車メーカーと弊社本社との間に入って新規プロジェクトの獲得に向けた営業活動及び量産品ビジ ネス業務を通して双方の要望を理解し、顧客との良好な関係を築く。

• 本社及び社内エンジニア部門と連携したプロジェクト全体の管理 • 量産品ビジネスのサポート管理(品質・納期等)
• 市場及びお客様の要望を理解し、営業活動の最適化。
• 業務プロセスの継続的改善など

Requirements

【対象者】
• 4 年生制大学卒相当以上
• 自動車業界でのセールス、Program management 業務経験ある方
• チームのマネジメント経験がある方
【あれば尚可】
• 自動運転システムの知識。
• 自動車向け電子部品営業の経験。
• 自動車設計開発、自動車部品設計開発の経験。
• 完成車メーカーや部品メーカーとの折衝経験。
• 輸出入業務の知識、自動車整備経験など。
• 日本語・英語の優れたコミュニケーション能力。
【英語力/その他スキル】
• TOEIC700 以上(目安)読み・書き・会話ともに支障のないレベル/スコアではなく実務経験重視
• Office Application 等が支障なく使えること
• プレゼンテーション能力(対顧客・対 海外担当者)
