We’re partnering with a leading global insurance broking business to recruit a motivated Business Development Executive to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in sales, account management or relationship management who is looking to take the next step into business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales initiatives.
• Engage with prospective clients and generate leads.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive growth.
• Develop your business development skills and industry knowledge.

About You

• Experience in sales, relationship management or a client-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in business development.
• Insurance experience is advantageous but not essential.
