Are you an APA-qualified insurance professional looking to join a well-established independent brokerage where you'll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, develop your career and make a real impact?

On behalf of our client, we're recruiting a Personal Lines Account Executive to manage an existing portfolio while delivering exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for growth.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing Motor, Van and Home Insurance business, handling renewals, new business, mid-term adjustments and claims queries while providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to clients.

What You'll Bring

  • APA qualified (minimum)
  • Previous Personal Lines insurance experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Experience using Relay (desirable)
  • A proactive approach with the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities
