Our client is seeking to hire a Technical Manager in the OTA space.

You will be facing customer on daily production activities and ensure customers satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Influence teams across the organization to achieve desired customer outcomes
  • Supervise the backlog for Field Application Engineers, handling both client & server Integration & post-production support, for an E2E OTA solution.
  • Track the project dashboards, tasks and cases.
  • Prioritize customer issues and escalate to other support or engineering teams.
  • Provide customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products

 

Requirements

  • BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • 3+ years’ experience in a technical project lead role.
  • Development experience in C language and knowledge of hardware controllers
  • Support/Delivery customer-facing role experience
  • An ability to gasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
  • Capabilities to interact with all management levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with backend solutions, architecture and tools
  • Fluent in English & Japanese
