- Building structures design including seismic analysis and design.
- Software programmes ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, PERFORM-3D, SeismoStruct, Robot, OpenSees.
- Construction supervision of building structures.
- Design management.
- Project management.
- Forensic engineering.
- Rehabilitation & strengthening.
- Building structural inspections.
- Seismic evaluations and initial and detailed seismic assessments.
- A civil/structural engineering degree that included seismic analysis papers.
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant consulting experience (including seismic experience) in a country with considerable earthquake risk.
- New Zealand experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- New Zealand work rights, or meet the eligibility criteria to apply for a New Zealand work or residency visa.
